Wrong connection of pneumatic receiver (powder injection and dilution are reversed)

　　7、  The control line of spray gun, trigger switch and the socket connecting the spray gun to the main machine are not well touched (there is no "card" sound in the main machine when pulling the board machine)

　　8、   Excessive dilution pressure (secondary gas)

　　9、  The voltage of 220 V AC is too low, the power supply of equipment is short, and the solenoid valve cannot be opened (new discovery)

　　10、 The powder discharge nozzle on the powder suction pump is blocked

　　Resolvent:

　　1、  Screen the powder before construction

　　2、  Clean the nozzle regularly

　　3、  Dry the powder properly

　　4、  During construction, increase air pressure and adjust gun distance

　　5、  Check the plug and wiring of the solenoid valve

　　6、  Check the powder conveying pipe and each gas pipe

　　7、   Check wiring and plugs

　　8、   First, turn off the dilution air pressure completely and test the machine

　　9、   Adjust the supply voltage or add a voltage regulator

　　10、 Clean it up and check it often
